Blue Moon

Ans:   Blue moon is a rare phenomenon in which two full moon appear in the same calendar month. The second full moon is termed as blue moon

 

 Super Moon

Ans:   When full moon is at the closet point of its orbit to the earth called perigee. Moon appear 30% brighter and 14% bigger than the apogee full moon.

 

Blood Moon

Ans:   The moon appears reddish during the height of eclipse as some light does reaches the earth and as a result of Rayleigh criteria the moon appears red in color.

 

Total internal reflection

Ans:   TIR refers to the complete reflection of the ray of light in the same medium from the surrounding surface. This take place when angle of incidence is greater than the critical angle.
