IFFCO to set up O2 plant in Paradip
The Indian Farmers’ Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) has decided to set up an oxygen plant on the factory premises in Paradip. It will make oxygen available free of cost to hospitals treating Covid patients.
To help the government’s efforts to augment availability of oxygen in the country, IFFCO has taken steps to set up oxygen plants at its fertiliser units for meeting the requirement of patients affected by Covid. The cooperative body has already placed an order for setting up of one oxygen plant at its Kalol unit in Gujarat. This plant will be made operational within two weeks. It will have a capacity to produce 700 oxygen cylinders per day.
Each cylinder has capacity of 46.7 litres with medical grade oxygen of 99.5% purity.

Ministry Of Culture And Tourism Inaugurates Online Exhibition On Ramayana
The Union Minister of Tourism and Culture Patel inaugurated the first online exhibition of Ramayana.
The exhibition will exhibit case forty-nine miniature paintings. The paintings in the exhibition have been collected from the National Museum in New Delhi.
The artwork has been dated between seventeenth century and 19th century.

Dhruv Mk III Aircraft Commissioned in Indian Navy
Indian Naval Air Squadron 323, the 1st unit of the indigenously built Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH) Dhruv Mk III aircraft, was commissioned into the Indian Navy (IN).
Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH-DHRUV) is a twin-engine, multi-mission new generation helicopter in the 5.5 ton weight class and it is designed and developed indigenously.
The Helicopter is a multi-role chopper with the Shakti engine manufactured via Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL).
HAL is a state-owned aerospace and defence company. HAL is headquartered in Bangalore, India. It is governed underneath the management of the Ministry of Defence.
HAL conceptualised the Advanced Light Helicopter programme in the year1984. The principal variants of Dhruv are labeled as Dhruv Mk-I, Mk-II, Mk-III & Mk-IV.
